Zee helped us transfer funds, change an address and renew ATM cards while we talked about Andrea Bocelli, traveling, and food. It seemed like Zee was genuinely interested in my mother and me. Not only did Zee offer excellent customer service, but other BECU employees were kind and acknowledged us right away. We felt welcomed there. “I was walking by with my dog and this guy was totally out of pocket yelling at a short lady by the door. They had been closed for maybe 10 minutes at that point and he was hella heated they wouldnt reopen just for him as if he's so special that the hours don't apply to him. Anyway, she was a champ and didn't get mad back, just calming saying they can't assist as they're closed and they need to let people out that had been there since before they closed. Not sure what the dudes problem was but his poor planning isn't their fault and they were super kind even while getting yelled at. I don't know who you are short lady, but way to stand up to a bully!”
