“I brought my truck to Gerber's Burien location after it was hit and dented by an arrogant and reckless skateboarder. Multiple locations on both the driver and the left rear door were dented without scratches/paint defect (ceramic coat helped). The biggest dent measured about 23" with other half-inch dents within it, and some other deep dents. Since it was a newer truck, I initially wanted PDR done to preserve the paint, but unfortunately could not commit to the higher quotes from several locations. The team at Gerber Burien did a wonderful job -- I cannot see any dents or damage. I know it was traditionally repaired given my invoice, which I've made peace with, but the paint matching is superb and do not look off/mis-matched. Although scheduling for an estimate took about a month and a half, the repair was done within a week. Since dropping off the truck, I received daily updates through text. I did not have to call to request/ask for updates. It just came to me. I was originally told that updates were sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I was pleasantly surprised with the daily updates. Gerber was recommended to me by a coworker and a friend who has had to use their services previously, and stands by the work they do. The quote at Gerber was significantly less than other quotes I've received from other body shops and PDR-specialty services, so financially, it made more sense to bring it to Gerber.”

“My car is an old 2001 Toyota Carolla that had right front damage from a collision.Fix Auto was one on the preferred companies provided by my insurance company. I was informed it would be a while to repair with an older vehicle, trying to find parts and repair a 22 year old vehicle with only 64500 miles on it.Allen and Jody kept me informed of the progress when I called for updates. The repairs took a month to be completed, but I am completely satisfied. To be honest it took 3.5 months to get into the shop, but I was told upfront it could be this long.The repair is flawless and looks great.”

“I went there to replace a windshield on a 2002 Toyota. The whole process took less than two hours. Also, a month later, my windshield is still good. I also got 3 months of free car washes from brown bear. The only bad thing was that I came on a Saturday and they had two people working, which is understandable since it's a Saturday.”
