They will give you straight forward advice on what to do next, no run-around.”
“I needed to print out some flyers, and I've always just gone straight to the machines and printed then out myself at other print shops. When I came in, Pilo immediately offered to help with my project. He resized them, made sure they fit 2 per sheet, and made sure I had the right thickness of cardstock. “Lorelei (Lori) has helped me on numerous occasions mailing packages and always gives the best advice in terms of which service to use (cheapest is not always best!). She is very thoughtful and really makes the most out of every interaction. Just today I mentioned we were waiting on save the dates for our wedding and she sprang into action to be sure they'd have enough Love stamps on hand for when they arrive. This isn't even something I'd considered but Lori wasn't about to let standard Forever stamps spoil my beautiful cards! She is truly such a gem and a valued member of the Uptown community. Please consider paying her a visit before you go to a more corporate shipping company.”
“Yes, they were helpful there. Important information for everybody out there. Do not ever pay for 3 day delivery They do not guarantee it. They only guarantee next day air. Because that is they don't make any money on a $35 up charge. Which I think is bullShit, so don't do it. Otherwise the staff add up that particular station. We're great..”

“This location has Wonderful employees!!! (Not that others are not great as well) I was about to go inside their doors & a very Nice and Kind lady opened the door for me & welcomed me in! She must have saw me heading in with my prosthetic leg & wheelchair & ruched from where they were at inside! Upon going inside she asked how she can help & I told her I was just dropping off and she asked if I need a receipt or anything else and proceeded through the transaction & helped me back out again! Such a Genuine & Kind person! Thank you for the Extra Help! I will go Out of my way to come to this location now!!!”

“Incredibly thankful to the postal workers who do excellent work and provide a vital service to the community.
Truly thankful to have a national mail service that prioritizes the needs of all people, rather than a pure profit motive - although it does fund itself relatively well (despite attempted cuts / gutting of USPS perpetrated by the Republican party to appease private postal entities; politically charged restrictions on USPS spending its own money, etc).
I wish we had more national services like USPS - ex high speed interstate passenger rail.”
