“I ordered some quick print flat greeting cards and they were ready for pickup within 5 hours. 30 cards for $22 which is fantastic for custom printed materials available same day. I also loved the coordination between team members when I picked up the order: a second team member at the back of the store overheard me say my pickup name at the (shipping?) counter and had my order up to the separate (printing?) counter before the first agent could even log in. It was great. Felt like a team with good dynamics. Order was ready on time, packaged with cardboard protectors which was a nice touch. Ready within hours and for far less than any competitor I could find online.”

“This store still has that old school customer service where they really are dedicated to helping their customers. I have been a loyal customer for years. Today, though they won my heart forever! I was missing tracking for a return that was worth several hundred dollars. The person working the desk worked so hard to locate my tracking. It wasn't easy my last name was misspelled on the receipt. I was able to get the tracking and send it to the vendor! Postal Plus saved the day. Thank you Postal Plus...for always being wonderful to work with.”

“I had hire this store to pack an airplane that I had purchased in Portland. The store person and I discussed how it would be packed. Next day the gentleman called me and recommend that it be packed different and that it would be twenty dollars more to cover the cost.. Without going into great detail when the item arrived it was not pack according to our agreement. The airplane did arrive without harm. I called the store and spoke with the gentleman that I had originally spoke with. We came to an agreement and the store refunded the extra amount that was not used in packing. Thank you.”

“My mom and I came inside for printing 100 flyers and we used my USB drive. At first we had no idea how to get the USB drive files to show up on the screen. That's when I headed over to the workers and asked them for help. Tammy was a huge help, she was fabulous! Tammy answered any questions that we had and she was very friendly so I highly recommend her!!! :) Also I was looking at their note books the ones by the cashier, they were so pretty and caught my eyes. Each notebook was $5.29 so a pretty decent price. I couldn't decide on two notebooks, then Tammy said, "I think this one screams you." So I was in deep thought and she was right, so I went with the one she suggested. I paid with cash and I had change for the 29 cents. I have a difficult time counting change because of my learning disability and so I asked Tammy if she could help me. And she was so nice and helped me out, she has excellent customer service! 5/5 highly recommend. I got the pink notebook with floral metallic gold on it btw. I will definitely be coming back again!”

“Absolutely the best mail center I have ever used. The BEST part is AIM allows us to use the street address therefore all deliveries are possible. Many merchants will not deliver to a PO Box.Both persons, Kristine and the gentleman (cannot recall his name but he sounds Euro) have assisted me with utmost respect and kindness. If they were short with me, I give them the credit that they are having a bad day. Kristine is quiet but gives detailed explanations when asked. The gentleman is very communicative on the other hand. I love it!!!AIM holds my packages local and international packages until I pick up and they send email reminders promptly. That alone gives me so much contentment that my packages are safe, not stolen as it is at my residence. Much cheaper to rent mail boxes than other rental companies, I compared prices, nothing comes near.This is a gift shop as well with many international and local style clothing. A joy for the eyes while you wait if needed to. For cotton clothing, this is the place this summer. I highly recommend it!!”

“I lived in the area 14 years. This Post Office staff always provided curtious service. Thank you. My mail carriers are actually out of Aloklek Warehouse, I have been told. It changed 12 years ago. Yes, mail carriers are hit and miss, some I see more often, others are just occational helpers maybe. But again, most of them are great, friendly and get it right. Sometimes they don't pay attention to address on envelopes. This may be an issue from sorting from warehouse and it is not double checked by drivers. But I do not count this against this location post office. Thanks.”

“I can’t believe this store doesn’t have a higher rating. I have said over and over again on my posts reviews, that good service is a priority for me to spend money in an establishment. This postal annex, while being a little more expensive than your regular post office, is worth it. They always have friendly workers to help you and you can get in and out of there very quickly. It’s a super bonus to have all these gifts in the store too when I need to buy a gift for someone on the fly. Love Jeff, Stacey and the whole crew. Thanks so much!”

I was able to get faster speeds and he was able to get my network running efficiently at a reasonable price. Seun also made it known that if I ever had any issues, he would be there to help which is always reassuring for tasks like these.
