Updated my review because theyre much better than used to be! Scheduled my appt online, & was running late so I was able to reschedule online for later in same day easily. Check in is easy. The person who drew my blood was so gentle it didn't hurt at all, much better than anywhere else ive gone. :)

Hannah was my phlebotomist and normally people have trouble getting me. However, Hannah did it on the first try. Hannah was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. I would highly recommend Hannah for EVERYONE. Thank you Hannah for the positive experience.
