“I saw Dr. Allensworth for a long-time struggle with enlarged tonsils that had needed to come out since childhood but other providers struggled getting insurance approval for removal (as now I'm an adult without chronic strep, just very swollen tonsils and limited air passage making for awful sleep). He was able to get insurance approval and finally get them out for me. Surgery was uneventful and recovery has been mild. Surgery scheduler was very kind with all of my questions as well.Dr. Allensworth has a kind and caring bedside way but if your preferred communication method is mychart, I'd suggest calling if it is urgent. He will respond to mychart but in my experience, it is not his go-to like it is for my primary care doc.”

“I have been coming here about 4 or 5 years. This Providence medical center is closest to my house, just about seven or eight minutes away so it's very convenient. I've been treated courteously by all the staff here. I've never had a long wait while waiting for my PCP. I can say without hesitation that my concerns have been dealt with quickly and very professionally. The physician is thorough and works in a very timely manner aware of my time and hers, she is an excellent physician in my opinion.”

“Clean, efficient facility. I made an appointment online first, and my experience was pleasant and quick. Staff were friendly, professional, and caring. Had an awesome phlebotomist! My veins like to dodge, weave and play games with phlebotomists but the phlebotomist I had was very skillful and was able to draw blood painlessly. She was very friendly. I had a great, seamless experience and would come back again. It is best to call or go online to make an appointment FIRST. Do Not expect to just walk in to be seen right away. Repeat, do not come in as a walk in and expect service in minutes. Make an appointment first before you come in, and your experience will be pleasant and quick.”

“I have used this lab easily over a few dozen times (multiple pregnancies with Legacy) and every single time I leave, I walk out of there thinking “wow, that was really quick and easy” so I figured I may as well write a review finally. They are always so, so quick and efficient. I can’t recall a single time that I’ve waited more than 15 or 20 minutes even when they are completely packed, and I almost never have an appointment. The speed at which they service large groups of people really is impressive. I’ve also never had an issue with them finding veins (something other labs have claimed is difficult on me). I have even gone here after multiple failed attempts to draw blood at my dr’s office and they had no problem finding a vein on the first try. Overall, the efficiency, skill, and professionalism will keep me returning for future lab needs.”

“Today I visited this Clinic for the first time and had an exceptional experience. My visit was prompted by a recent eye exam done by a different optometrist provider, who identified a concern for further glaucoma testing. However this other provider didn't accept my insurance, so I chose to seek care elsewhere rather than pay "out of pocket." After calls to several local eye clinics in Vancouver area with ophthalmologists (eye doctors), PeaceHealth Eye Care stood out. PeaceHealth accepted my insurance, scheduled my appointment for the next day, and had the friendliest and most helpful receptionist. The exceptional experience continued at my appointment. First, I was politely greeted and guided through intake by the Patient Access Rep, Veronica, and my appointment started right on time. Next, I was pleasantly surprised by the gentle hands/technique of tech Sarah who measured my eye pressure....a test that typically feels like a bug flying into my eye that I'm always nervous and anxious about doing. Last, I was very impressed by ophthalmologist Dr. Valent, who was calm and knowledgeable, and an exceptional listener and communicator. Their schedule is booked a ways out for my next follow-up visit, but I'm happy to wait for this clinic's excellent care.”
“Fast, professional and friendly. Downloaded yelp just to leave a review. They definitely deserve more than one star. Nobody wants to go in for a drug test but it's a necessary part of most pre employment qualifications. This has been the best experience I've had so far. I would say I was in the building for a maximum of 6 minutes. I don't know who I'd recommend a drug screen place to but it would be advanced diagnostics services that I would recommend.”
