The staff is not friendly. When I go in to make a loan payment, no one smiles and no one is friendly.

I walked in for my first time to open an account. Best service ever! Listened to my needs and concerns. Answered all my questions and more. Made me feel as a family member. Personal. They knew me by name 3 days later! So glad!!
