“I have deposited checks by cell phone. They and their call center have improved in knowledge since I joined around 2019. I don't see long lines, although the call center sometimes takes a while. A separate company billed my checking account for $180 which was supposed to be paid by someone else, so Columbia Credit Union local staff successfully disputed it and preserved my money. After their janitor locked their cell phone in the vault by mistake one night, staff called the janitorial company and told them the janitor can use the desk phones anytime for something like that. They had free coffee and creamer last time I went in. They did spell my name wrong at one point on my debit card but their numbers have been 100% accurate. I waited a long time to get the app, because my phone doesn't have much space, but it's worth it now that I can deposit checks by phone. I think their local tellers are very courteous.”

“Very little I can't do on line but i have used this branch on occasion for ordering a bank card, address change and required account updates post Covid. I didn't have any problems with them. The staff there has always been courteous and business like in there response to me. All branches offer appointments to facilitate services and prevent unnecessary extended wait times. If I'm going in with my wife it will be by appointment to make sure we are both not left waiting. If my opinion changes, I'm happy to update this. Appointment coming up in a couple weeks. “IQ has many advantages over your traditional being private verses public. That should speak for itself. Lower interest rates on my car loan, partnering with lots of little private banks to expand your ATM footprint. Service is always friendly and helpful without dragging through the red tape mud. Don’t take my word for it tell them my name for a referral and I bet you get the red carpet rolled out plus up to $100 for being referred. Just mention I referred you in any of the two branches in Vancouver Just off Mil Plain between 160th and 205.”
