12914 NE Hwy 99, Vancouver“Update. I went to T-Mobile to hopefully get their internet service. The employee at T mobile was very nice and at least tried being helpful. The n Fortunately though, where I live TMobile not available to be hooked up at my home. Very disappointing since my neighbor right next door to me was able to get T mobile at their home. From what the T mobile employee told me, they try not to add more homes to their service then what their service can handle at any given time. So their customers have a good internet connection with good seeds. If that's the case, then that's a good thing for customers! I have had other internet service providers that really over load their system where there's too many people using the internet data stream and the internet speed slows to a crawl! Therefore I can really appreciate that T mobile wanting to keep the best quality for their customers using the internet! Just unfortunate I wasn't able to get their service yet! So I'm stuck with turtle slow HughesNet for who knows how much longer?”
“Even though we went into the store just before closing, the employees greeted us in a friendly manner and were more than happy to assist us. Sagey and Peyton waited on us, listened to the issue's that i was having and saw that i got the help that i needed to resolve the problems. They contacted customer care to confirm that everything would be processed to my expectations and even made a $1.00 payment on my account with their own personal money, to ensure activation. We walked out of there that evening, beyond pleased with what a positive experience it had been, raving about the quality of customer service that we had received, satisfied that all of our issues had been resolved on site. I cannot recommend them enough. This was customer service at it's finest and a thoroughly enjoyable experience!”
“I've been dealing with an online trade-in issue for four months with no resolution. I finally had a rude and dismissive online representative last night who told me I needed to go to a T-Mobile store as they have more detailed information than online support (evidently NOT true). I came to this location this morning and Taziah and Jacob could not have been more helpful. They listened to my concern and got me in touch with a representative who immediately escalated my case and resolved my issue. I will no longer be handling anything online and will instead come here for my business. Even though this was not an in-store transaction Taziah took ownership and made sure I was taken care of.”

“The original sales person was not available when I went back, with a few questions on the new phone. The steff were brisk and said to check again when the sales perso was available, or look on U-tube for tutorials. Preboomer in age, so electronics is still much of a mystery for me.”

I had an issue with transferring wifi services to my new residency and had massive increase in my monthly bill. No luck with any of the reps I spoke to over the phone, it was a disaster. I came in person to this location and Beth and Donavin graciously dealt with my frustrations, submitted a ticket, were able to credit all the charges back on my account, and lower my monthly bill to what I was paying previously. Donavin kept in contact with me providing updates, troubleshooting problems and to top it off, was able to get me a new modem. I really appreciate you guys! Thank you ?.”
