I love CCU because I can easily get my questions answered from the knowledgeable tellers. At 'brand X' bank, I have to get a question answered by setting an appointment with a customer agent, supervisor, assistant manager, or manager, and it takes up to a week to meet. This is not true of the smaller local banks.
