“This company been my store since i was 12. Now i have a teenager that likes when i bring her here. Sometimes I may even have all the little kids running around.The only thing closest to bad service i received was the cashier looking at me like she wanted to start something. Once she started ringing up our $300+ haul (like always) she was pretty nice. I have RBF so i get it.Other than that they are SUPER nice from the floor staff to security. They tell me so gently when the store is closing.I love this location, sometimes we go to Portland if we need to shop really late.But otherwise this store got everything we need with ppl that treat u fair. It's nice having a store dedicated towards POC & i really appreciate TTB”
“Is there a way to figure out which photographer took my family photos around 6pm on 9/14/24? It was for the Wizardly Event. He was phenomenal, but I can’t remember his name. He made this the best photo session I’ve ever had and I would love to book with him again. Having a good photographer makes a HUUUUGE difference. Loved him, 5 stars”

One complaint 11:00 AM opening on Saturday what a shame, I mean really the Mall is open but not Penny's? Someone needs to rethink this policy, just saying.”

“I had a great experience here today. I'm glad I took the chance! Staff were nice. Some reviews said it was too expensive but I found a bunch of good quality clothes in the $5-$7 range. Yes some items were more expensive than I would like, so I just didn't buy those. These prices are way better than some of the children's resale spots in Portland. Was clean, was organized, had a lot of inventory. I'll definitely go back. I have noticed a lot of children's resale spots get bad reviews for their buying policies (they're all pretty picky in my experience), and I haven't tried to sell here yet, but check this place out if you're looking to buy.”

“First time in there. LOTS of primie clothes. The prices are amazing! Very affordable. Lots of baby and childrens clothing, and big items. Eg: play and pack, car seats, booster seats, ect. Also clothes for mommys. Didn't see clothes for daddys, sorry.”
