Traci is an excellent personal trainer here! I went for a consultation before doing the 8 sessions package. She's always upbeat and smiling in the mornings despite me not being a morning person in return. She was very flexible and patient in working with my hectic work trip schedule.They have a variety of items and supplies here so there is always going to be something for everyone. Also conveniently located across from a Starbucks. ?

Kisar and Traci are INCREDIBLE, highly-qualified trainers with years of experience. They have clients from like 18 to 85 and customize every move specifically and more importantly SAFELY to YOUR unique body and situation. They will work you HARD (think dripping, heart-pounding, muscle-building, can't walk the next day, INTENSE sessions) but also embrace and preach "functional fitness" which I love at 50 as I want to be able to have the strength to safely accomplish my daily tasks and get off the floor with no hands...that kind of stuff. There are multiple packages available and you can save $$ if you have a similar fitness level buddy to join you. I highly recommend one-on-one, though. You'll get more out of it and it's 100% worth it! Do a free introductory session/assessment and see for yourself.

Recently I made the fearless decision to change my career path. In order to begin this path, I had a deadline to meet for a physical ability test. With little gym training, I had to search for a personal trainer and fast! I found Burntown Fitness! Personal trainers Kisar and Traci have the expertise and patience to get you through your challenge, whatever that may be. In less than 3 months, I successfully completed the physical ability test exceeding minimum qualifications, and was able to be tested remotely at their facility. I have interviews lined-up in law enforcement!I am beyond grateful!

Decided to come here in March 2022 based on stellar reviews and both Kisar and Traci certainly did not disappoint! They carefully listened to my goals with the utmost respect and were acquainted with me beyond working out. Their tailored workouts were and still challenging every session. Kisar and Traci always kept me accountable and provided me with the motivation I needed to succeed. My body was deconditioned due to a lack of working out for several years throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, but after working out with them for nearly half a year I am now back at my prime or better. The gym is clean and will be even cleaner once they move into their new location which I very much look forward to going to. I will continue to work out there for as long as I can so that I can push beyond my limits. Highly recommend Burntown Fitness to anyone who strives for positive change in health as Kisar and Traci will make that happen!

Burntown is the best. Kisar will challenge you and help you reach your goals! He even adjusted workouts due to some previous back issues I had. He pushed me to achieve more than I thought possible. The 1:1 coaching is perfectly tailored to you. The gym itself is high quality, clean and modern. I highly recommend checking them out.

One of the best personal training studios that I have been too in the area. I am from out of town on business and it was great to be able to support a minority owned business right here in the Pacific Northwest. When I move here, it is going to be where I do my personal training. The studio is clean, well kept, boutique, and Kisar & Traci are extremely professional. This gym was a bit of a life changer for me! Started 2 years ago and decided I needed to lose weight and get fit going into my 50th birthday. They were not only able to help me reach my goals but continued to provide awesome support to keep me motivated. Hated moving to Cali and to find somewhere new to keep going because Burntown set the bar really high. Highly recommend.

Personally, I love the hell out of this gym, the trainers, the members and the workout routines. I got in better shape working out there than I did the last several years of my military service. The only reason it's not a 5-Star review is that after sticking with the gym and not pausing my membership during all the lockdowns (I mean, they need to make a living too) they changed their unlimited pricing to almost double what I was paying during all of the lockdowns. I thought that was kinda shady. I still love them all and would still be a member if they hadn't jacked their rates.

I made an appointment at BurnTown Fitness because I need to work on building muscle and bone density. I met with Traci and she was really kind and knowledgeable. We came up with a plan that feels manageable but will also help me reach my goals. I attended class today and got a great workout while getting great coaching on proper form and encouragement to keep going. I highly recommend you check it out!

The best of both worlds: A small local gym with tough & intense workouts. I have been coming to Burntown weekly since November, and no class has ever been the same. They have all the tools and equipment to keep classes interesting. Their 3 instructors, Traci, Kisar & Barbara, truly put their hearts & souls into every class. They’re extremely motivating and always full of positive energy. My favorite thing is the loud music of course!Since covid, classes have been small and socially distanced. It’s super easy to book through the mindbody app. You must wear your mask when walking around & setting up your station, but you’re free to take it off during the workout in your personal square. The gym is super clean and they sanitize everything like crazy.

Definitely recommend! The trainers are great. They keep you engaged and challenged, and also ensure that classes fit everyone regardless of individual levels and abilities. Classes are 45 minutes so they move quick and fit your schedule, but you leave plenty tired and happy you came.

The classes are perfect! 45 minutes of HIIT! You constantly burn throughout the day even if you are not working out! How can you beat that! The people are very nice and always follow protocol they can easily adapt to the rapidly changing rules surrounding the pandemic that is why you are secured you are getting your money’s worth! This is an amazing studio! 5 stars
