Burntown Fitness is a personal training studio that offers one on one and semi-private personal training. We also offer nutrition planning and coaching for private clients that would like to focus on their daily food intake. Our goal is to get you to Move With Purpose and To Make Every Move Count. Are combined 25 years of fitness experience has allowed us to create some amazing functional fitness techniques to help each individual improve their core, strength, endurance, balance and cardiorespiratory fitness.
