“They did a great time on our truck. They replaced the tailgate that had been damaged. While installing it they weren’t happy with the way it was lining up so they completely ordered another one do it turned out right. The color match was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was friendly and always smiling. Wish I had better pic’s. Here are before and after. A fifth-wheel hitch failed and slammed into the tailgate. Thanks again Five Star Auto Body.”

“I was sent to Caliber Collision for repair by USAA. Kudos to USAA, it only took one phone call. After getting an estimate, I was able to schedule the repair within a week. All the claim paperwork was taken care of when I drop off the car. The progress of the repair was updated 2 or 3 times and the job was finished two day ahead of schedule. All I have to do was to sign my name when I pick up the car. Your car rental can be picked up and drop off at the shop, it make sure a rental authorization is obtained from the insurance company ahead of time so a car is available.”

“They helped me successfully troubleshoot a propane tank issue, and while at it gave me a number of useful tips to help avoid the issue again. The fix was simple - I ended up needing to have the tank purged. Rather than charge me to burn off the remaining propane, they gave me the option to do it myself over the weekend and return on Monday for the purge. True professionals!!”

“I wanted to write a review to say thank you to you guys! They were super busy when I first made my appointment it was going to be about five months out. When appointment time came I had to reschedule front desk was so great about continuing to follow up and get me into an appointment that would work for me. Finally the appointment came it was a small fix my car mirror had been damaged in a car wash. They were friendly every time i visited from first inspection to pick up day making an effort to be extra professional and kind! My husband drove the Yukon home and informed they had cleaned it too inside and out! How freaking nice! Thank you thank you for spectacular service even though it took awhile to get to the appointment they were so prompt in fixing only taking one day to call and say it was ready! Awesome experience after what happened to our vehicle. What a great team at Classic collision on Minnehaha in Vancouver!”

Tracey was able to get me in for an estimate two days earlier than my insurance company had scheduled, and she extended great hospitality to my partner and me at the shop, answering all our questions. Eric and John were cheerful and professional during the initial walk around the car. They determined that the repair was likely minor and, if parts were available, could possibly be completed in one day. Eric was clear about what Mackin's would do to get us back on the road ASAP. John immediately set out to get the parts delivered the same day. Neither of them over promised, which I appreciate, and it was clear from their actions that they would do everything possible to make sure things were done right.
