Carlos was a major help in helping me diagnose an issue I had with one of my resident's DME. He was friendly and knowledgeable and provided a second set of eyes to help determine the issue, which, thank goodness I was at a battery shop, was the battery. Thanks Carlos!
This location always helps me out with my work related tasks. Kate went above and beyond to replace one of my resident's power wheelchair batteries. I go to this location a couple times a month and every time my needs are met. Great job!”
