Union Country Store is a homey, country style place with a cute market. It is known for its awesome ice cream, featuring lots of wonderful Olympic Mountain flavors. The store also has some of the best clam chowder, described as the best on a trip to the Olympic National Park area, better than what was found in other towns. The chowder is thick, rich, hardy, and full of clams and veggies. Their sandwiches are also perfect, with the prime rib and prime dip sandwiches highlighted as tender and yummy on a homemade bun with delicious au jus. The store offers a nice wine selection, Prime Rib, and other goodies like very good baked items. The customer service is super friendly, helpful, friendly, and professional. It is an awesome little deli and store where people enjoy lunch on the porch and take in the view, though it can get busy at times. Many find it worth the drive.
ICE CREAM CASE ! We stopped in to get some Olympic Mountain ice cream. They have lots of wonderful flavors. Yes they have a cute market, Prime Rib, a nice wine selection and other goodies all in a very homey country style place - but you HAVE to come for the awesome ICE CREAM !

Just got espressos but they were great. Wish we were hungry cause food and baked goods looked great.
