“Staff are always friendly and welcoming, no one here has ever made my experience a bad one since they are so open to helping but don't push on you like staff from stores such as F21. Always have a large selection and variety of items so you're almost guaranteed to find at least one thing you'll like. One of my favorite stores by far.”

“It’s hot topic, I like this, recently went and I just felt the need to comment stating that the staff can be really friendly and nice, it’s a small location sure (it’s Yakima, what do you expect tho right?) but Lex, the staff member who was helping me find some nice clothes, was really helpful and supportive, like in Yakima I’m really afraid to be myself around folks and so just being able to just make side chat while they helped me get clothes was very comforting and I felt really welcomed there, I came out with some cool new pants to.Only complaint, it doesn’t have as much as other locations but…again it’s just Yakima, I’m glad we have one around at the very least, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.”

“We went to zoomies it was our sons first time getting a cut with clippers first she accommodated us I thought i had made an appt but come to find out it didn't register she kindly got us in anyways that was amazing? we drove 2 hours for the appt. She was so great with our 1.5 year old he was so comfortable, she does an amazing hair cut my son didn't think twice about trusting her she got right to it and his hair looks amazing. “While in yakima with my folks we stopped by yakima mall. I walked right in found a couple of pairs i liked the foot locker employees were very helpful and professional they found the size i wanted and i was through shopping! I was there on 7/9/22 all 3 employees interacted well together always enjoy foot locker! They always have what i need!”

“Went in today shopping for mattress. Having recently purchased a sleep number bed which turned out to not fit my needs, slept hot, and basically felt like a really expensive air mattress I was on the hunt for a new bed. I walked into the mattress department and Ed Breuner approaches me and my wife. I told him we were just looking and we didn't need any help. We thought we were looking for a regular non pillow top mattress. He obliged to our wishes and let us look no pressure. After trying some mattresses he gave us some advice and left us to try different mattresses until we narrowed down what we were looking for. When it came time for us to ask some questions he was the most knowledgeable and informative sales rep about the products that were represented on his sales floor. He was polite, friendly and personable and wasn't pushy. He made sure we were comfortable in our decision before we decided to buy a mattress. After all was said and done he gave us his card and said if we had any further questions give him a call. We had such a pleasant experience and such excellent customer service we gave a friend of ours who is in the market for a mattress his information.”
