“It’s hot topic, I like this, recently went and I just felt the need to comment stating that the staff can be really friendly and nice, it’s a small location sure (it’s Yakima, what do you expect tho right?) but Lex, the staff member who was helping me find some nice clothes, was really helpful and supportive, like in Yakima I’m really afraid to be myself around folks and so just being able to just make side chat while they helped me get clothes was very comforting and I felt really welcomed there, I came out with some cool new pants to.Only complaint, it doesn’t have as much as other locations but…again it’s just Yakima, I’m glad we have one around at the very least, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.”

Each time I arrive I find the cutest treasure, the funniest kitchen towels (iykyk) and their customer service is top notch! They know their customers by name and will order whatever I ask for. On a whim I took her into AE to see if there's anything she'd like. Being a 41 year old guy, yeah, I was lost, so I asked for help. In stepped Brooke. She didn't treat my daughter awkwardly but totally dived into a shopping experience with my daughter, asking her questions about herself and her likes, to ensure what they found actually worked for my daughter. I was thoroughly impressed not just with the customer service from Brooke, but the ability to recognize a shy, young girl being unsure of herself, then helping that girl feel real confidence in herself. I help run a company that works with people daily and I would hire Brooke in a heartbeat. “We went to zoomies it was our sons first time getting a cut with clippers first she accommodated us I thought i had made an appt but come to find out it didn't register she kindly got us in anyways that was amazing? we drove 2 hours for the appt.
