Couple nights ago came into my local Macy's was very disappointed in the customer service, talked to a man named Jacobo and was disappointed by his rude and dismissive tone toward me. Would not recommend asking for his help. DO BETTER MACYS! Value your customers!!!

This store was too expensive and the customers were very rude it seems like I have to cut of a arm and a leg to even buy a watch
