Had an appointment scheduled and it took 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and check for a recall issue. They did recognize how long it took and discounted our cost. Our maintenance required code was not reset, so now we need to make a trip back to have it reset.

No car or shuttle available. Could only give me a 4 hour oil change appointment. No longer including washer fluid in your oil change service despite the $150 you charged me! And, you want to charge me 3% to pay you with my card? I’m done here.
