“At first you may feel as though you have ventured into your stereotype auto parts store from any movie or TV sitcom. Dry reception, possibly, dark lighting perhaps. An intimidating tall ceiling warehouse feel. Ya, get over all that. The most friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help you with your auto needs staff hands down. Gap Auto is five star. I only gave a 4 because sometimes they do not have what I'm looking for. Flip side to that is I'm usually looking for a tough, uncommon part for something weird like my Datsun ( yes, they do know what Datsun is, compared to competitors ). And most always Gap Auto had the part and it had sold out. Five star business. Ignore my 4 star and just go see.”

“I bought 27 windows and Doors with installation from Lowes in July of 2022 paid in full. They arrived last of September in the store. Then delivered to the wrong place in November then had to wait an extra week to get them to my house which they dropped of in the snow. They forgot the screens and I had to go to where they dropped them off and pick those up myself. Lowes then started the install on November 28th 2022. The install was terrible they smeared caulk on all the inside window casings and sealed nothing outside of windows. Lowes damaged trim on doors and one window. They were here 2.5 days and left with nothing completed. I have been going back and forth with them for almost a year and got no results except they wanted to send the same company that done the original install out and they didn’t want to do that until I asked for my money back and that was late August of 2023. I hired McKinney to finish the install was so glad I did. The difference between a professional and Lowes was night and day. They took out the poorly installed windows and installed them correctly sealed up tight. The adjusted all my doors so they would slide correctly and lock. 2 of them wouldn’t even lock. Justin and the rest of crew were great people explained everything to me and inspected all the windows and doors with me. I should have went with these professionals 1st. Would highly recommend McKinney for all your door and window install. I am not saying this lightly. My wife and I had to hang blankets over windows and the sliding glass doors last winter to help keep the cold out. Lowes has yet to compensate me for anything. Do not let Lowes install anything. Go local. They get your money and you have no recourse. 5 stars fo McKinney 11/16/23”

The service department did a great job installing the new battery and cleaning up the plate. I had confidence walking away that my car was going to start, every time.”

I've never had any problems with the work they've done. You get what you ask for, plus if they notice anything going on with the car, they'll let you know”

“I was very impressed with the service and help they provided for me! It is a really tough environment with supply and demand with anything right now. Especially certain wheel! I was in very desperate need of a certain wheel because one of mine was cracked. Everywhere i called had absolutely no way of helping me get a wheel or even try to help for that matter. I went to a place down the road from azteca and would only sell me a set. Azteca was able to help me right away and got the exact wheel and hub center cap. “I have held a monthly membership at Splash since they opened their UG location. They always go above and beyond for their guests but this last visit was a little different. It was my first trip to the wash since my road trip to Idaho, I hit a patch of bugs that sounded like rain hitting my car! I have never seen a car so packed full of bugs in my life. I went in and the prewash dude scrubbed the hell out of my car. there's not a chance in hell a regular wash would have touched my car and actually accomplished anything with the amount of corpses plastered to the front. But this guy (name unknown) put in the extra effort to make sure i left with a clean car. Life is busy and the last thing i wanted to do was go back through or make a second trip another day. I appreciate your hard work and I'll surely be back!”

“Great place to buy a car! Very profesional and friendly. Only thing I would recommend is if they tell you that your car purchase comes with 3 free oil changes make sure they give you a paper thats states that! Mine had a picture on the window when I purchased and Riley stated the same 3 free oil changes. Then when I called to schedule the appointment for oil change they said they had to verify with finance and call me back and they never did. They never honored what they offered me.”
“I called apple valley power sports on First Ave (used to be Owen's) and asked how much it costs to change a back tire on my dirtbike. They quoted me $100 minimum, and that's with the tire OFF THE bike and brought my own new one. I kindly declined. Got ahold of speed and was quoted $28 for the same exact thing. Got in the same day and only took 3-4 hours!! Will definitely be taking my stuff back to them for sure!!!”
