“Today, I had to mail a large package and to return several items to Amazon. I had flagged and pinned the return codes on my email account but they didn't show on the mobile account. Thankfully, I was helped by a young clerk named Elaine and she was so patient, kind, professional, and awesome! She guided me through using the Amazon app, which I never use and we were able to find the return codes. As an elder who'd forgotten her glasses, I so appreciated her helping me through the payment process as well. Elaine is a real credit to UPS and to this store.”
“Fast pick up.. better than the notices I got on my door. The ups app sucks. The service at the shop was great. If you were going to deliver something requiring someone being over 21 would just keep trying every time from 11-3. Maybe try after people get off work idk 4-6 .”

“Very friendly staff. I just mover to Washington from Louisiana, so I had to do multiple shipments and notarize lots of papers. Some of my documents were tricky, as they needed several witnesses and the notary couldn't be one of them. They were very flexible always letting me know when it would be the best time to come back. There could be pretty long lines, but staff is working fast, so I never stood in a line too long.”
