“There are so many sour apples in these comments! Omg people, get it together! I have been coming to this location for a year and have witnessed multiple customers have melt downs over paying for tape, paper, boxes you name it! And each and every employee who works here have handle them with grace. Before you go in and get upset at an employee for following rules ask yourself this: did i eat today? am i prepared? do i have a dollar in my bank account? and if you answer no to any of these questions then turn around and take a breather before walking in, there's humans behind that counter. Amazon can be tricky, but this is a STORE, youre going to have to pay money at a STORE when they provide a service (ie printing,boxes,packaging,tape). Dear Ups Employees especially the young brown gentleman with the accent Raj I think???, have been very kind to me and this location is close by my home. I wish you all well, and the only thing you can do is your best. Keep up the good work.”
