“The service is improved significantly since last time I was with T mobile in 2018. Everything was quick, no hidden fees, even was able to keep the numbers. Verizon couldn't connect unlocked tablet that I bought on amazon and tried to force on me buy their own tablet for double price.. but T mobile had no issues with connecting that. So great service!”

“Lily and Colin killed it Tuesday afternoon! Wife and I went in as I just got my fold 5. 3 or 4 months ago and the case I bought from Verizon when I got my phone has scratched my front screen so bad! They were so helpful in trying to resolve the case issue and scratched screen issue. Definitely won't be going anywhere else when it's time to get new phones!!”

“Joseph was the best! Started a plan change over the phone ended up here just to grab a sim card and found out the changes I made...that took almost 3 hours.... and paid for over the phone did not get put into place. Joseph took care of everything quickly and was able to waive the fees so I didn't have to pay twice! He was fast, efficient, and very patient and polite. Thanks again Joseph!”

“My wait time was only about ten minutes from my walk in. I truly think the wait times are worth it because almost every employee in there is doing a great job of taking their time to hear people and be thorough about customer’s issues or needs. My personal experience was with Tony and he was honestly one of my favorite people to ever deal with in this industry. He was patient, focused, and kind. He made me feel like I was just hanging out with a friend while taking care of something for me. He was honest and took full accountability for the main issue I was having even though he had nothing to do with why it was happening and made sure to get it handled. The time and patience he had with me is why I would not mind waiting because if everyone got customer service like that this world would be a better place. It is our job as the customer to also treat the employees with respect. If we go in impatient and anxious or aggressive about our needs how can we expect to get what we want out of that situation? Certainly cannot expect to be treated the way we want if we are not willing to treat others the same. Corporate is responsible for hiking prices and shady changes/charges. These lovely peopleshould not be punished for those decisions. They are humans trying to make a living. ThanksTony! Also overheard Antonio's interactions and he is doing an immaculate job as well!”
