Call first! If they pick up then you may be okay. I scheduled for an 11:30 appt on Xfinity webite, pulled up to find 5 other customers ahead with no numbering ticket or que. It looked like at least 1 hour wait, the look of everyone waiting. Have UPS do the work if returning products.

Severely understaffed. Been here for almost an hour and still in line with 9 people behind us. They need more than just 3 people on a Sunday.

John was ready for me when I showed up for the appointment I'd made on-line. Took maybe 5 minutes for him to accept the equipment I turned in. And he answered a bunch of questions I had. Totally satisfied.
