Call first! If they pick up then you may be okay. I scheduled for an 11:30 appt on Xfinity webite, pulled up to find 5 other customers ahead with no numbering ticket or que. It looked like at least 1 hour wait, the look of everyone waiting. Have UPS do the work if returning products.

John was ready for me when I showed up for the appointment I'd made on-line. Took maybe 5 minutes for him to accept the equipment I turned in. And he answered a bunch of questions I had. Totally satisfied.

They oversell you on stuff you don’t need. They act like they are doing what’s best for the customer but really all they care about is pushing the biggest most expensive product on you. Not ethical customer service or care.

Mason gets a 10/10 for my service today. Fast, friendly, efficient, communicative and most importantly IMO, not pushy. He did try to make sales (doing his job) but was understanding when I declined the offers. And he was nice to my kid. Thanks for your help today Mason!

This is one of my favorite locations! Mainly because they just got a new manager Melissa! She is the best! She makes sure my needs are met, she is very respectful! Love the vibes when I walk into there! Thank you again Melissa I will be bringing some family in!

Completed lied to by customer service. Still can't get internet to work. Almost lost my jobs because it as relaying the information i was given which turned out to be a lie. If you lose connection they could care less and it's just becomes your problem and your loss.

Idk what all the bad reviews are about everyone was very nice and I was in and out in under less than 5 minutes also very well staffed and the staff were happy.

We were installed the wrong cable box by a technician when ours failed on Sunday. We took it to this store for replacement and the Customer Service Rep identified it immediately and got us the right box. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes, not to mention that it saved us 40 minutes round trip to the west side. Great Service and location for Lacey.

You will be misinformed and scammed into getting services and devices. Watch your bank accounts closely or you just might get overcharged on a monthly basis. Even after they “fix” your Xfinity account to reflect the original agreement. Attorney General HERE I COME!!

Received an internet modem box that didn't have all the required cables to start my internet, and the phone automated tech takes forever to get you to a live agent.The tech department wasn't able to help me with my issues until the next day, which I paid to start the internet today and not tomorrow.Understand that I drove 16 miles across town and wasted my time and gas to come back without the total items needed to start my internet I paid for in early in the day. The agent should've gotten and inventoried what I needed to get my internet start without any issues before I got to the store to pickup my modem box. Also come to find out they knew that box was also not complete from the start. Just gets me frustrated.
