“Cooper at the Seattle premium outlet mall helped us today. We struggle to shop for equipment shoes, footwear etc. because often times we find out places like Zumiez. The staff has no idea about their products have no idea what shoes are fitting for what purpose we’re using them, nine times out of 10. have never step foot on a skateboard ? . And have extremely bad attitudes.This was not the case today cooper not only understood The different styles of footwear for skateboarding, but how the styles can be used for different tho gs. My son likes to have a nice pair for hiking and for skateboarding and for parkour, cooper was able to direct us with all the different options with a high level of knowledge understanding of the different styles and even taught us a fewThings ? we are a family of skateboarders and grew up with vans so we kind of have our tried and true, but we are so excited to have some new options for some of the other things that we like to do that Maybe normally we wouldn’t have bought vans for making a shopping experience both lovely and optimized our needs we would’ve likely gone to another store for hiking shoes for example, however when he showed us vans work boots and explained just how they are designed for work and kind of bounce and are semi water resistance, etc. he was just so knowledgeable we were able to do a one stop shop for my families footwear for the year. The sales were amazing and he was very versed on how to utilize the them.Thank you so much he is just a pleasure to shop with his knowledge, skill, and , wonderful attitude. It’s just so refreshing nowadays. Thank you so much. This is officially are one stop shop for all our skating needs footwear needs throughout the changing seasons?”

“One of my favorite places to shop whenever I pass by! As a petite person, it is often super difficult for me to find nice work clothes, but this place has a wonderful petite section! The customer service here has always amazing, and I felt very cared for in my search for petite work pants. Lovenia, one of the employees there, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. She checked in on how everything was fitting and helped me find the perfect work pants -- brining different sizes and styles as needed. As far as price goes, it is an expensive store, but the clothes are quality, making purchases very justifiable. The investment is worth it! Thank you to everyone who works at this establishment; I highly recommend this outlet store.”

“this is a cool store at has pure Calvin Klein girls and guys but it is a outlet stores with some of the sizes are missing such a small and medium it's usually extra small or extra large that are available so those are good sizes for you if you're looking for the size of such a small there is a live DJ playing live music which is kind of cool from his laptop it makes the shopping experience fun and it does have a lot of affordable clothes 5/5”

“If I could give more than 5 stars for this store, its amazing employees and the over the top service I received today, I would! 11/10 ! I needed to make a return or exchange and I had the best support to get set up. I was helped with finding any sizes for the shoes I was returning and she searched for a possibility of any others similar in the back stock room. We had a good laugh looking for shoes and chatting. Absolutely lovely, I will be back to look for shoes again come the season change because the atmosphere & costumer service was outstanding. (I didn't catch her name but on my receipt says Kelly, so shout out to her! She's awesome!)”

“Stopped in with my girlfriend today to browse/try to find them a wallet. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and everyone was really kind and seemed excited to be there. We found a wallet they liked and I found something on the clearance rack and while I was checking out the employee at the register said "Dude, everything on that rack is buy one get one free. Just go over there and take something for free." Every time I've come in I have had a very enjoyable shopping experience and I'm always happy to come back.”
