“This store is beautiful and I love the bits and pieces about faith here and there. It's so sweet. Nothing fits me here but I bought a few nice pieces for my 10 year old The dresses are stunning and the sweaters are well made and very soft. “Stopped in trying to find some race day shoes for my marathon this month. Wanted to thank Chris so much for his time and attention when navigating such a busy store.They didn’t have the shoe size in stock but he did offer to order them. Im not local so it wasn’t an option but glad to know it’s possible. He scanned my feet (even though it was busy as hell) and took the time to walk me through my results. I learned so much and was just grateful to feel seen in a mall that I don’t normally get that experience in. Although no shoes were purchased today, I did take advantage of their great sale on some shorts and socks. Also wanted to note Tina did a great job too, I think that’s her name she had reddish hair and had a lot of insight.”

Torrid always has options that fit her well and the styles are also keeping up and in some ways leading the pack. The staff is the best part of this store though as they always have discussions with you and get to know you and really give you that "personal tailor" feeling!”

“I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it! So I made an in-app purchase with a store pickup in Lynnwood since the downtown local is no longer. Trying to find the luggage dept was interesting but upon searching for it on the second floor I ran into this place called "Backstage." I know it sounds a little mafia-like ? and although things are scattered, kind of messy and disorganized, think..."Nordstrom level Ross" ? you can still find some great deals here for mid to high-end brand names. Who even knew this existed? After finding backstage I ended up returning the in-app purchase and ended up buying an in-store Black Friday deal on a Samsonite $400+ hardside carry-on I got for less than $200. Literally, Backstage is basically Macy's on a much smaller scale and a little bit crazier (like it's really hot mess). If you don't mind that and appreciate the savings then it's worth your visit.”

We returned a thing (romper, I think), exchanged another thing (a dress, I'm certain), and bobbed our heads the the Backstreet Boys. “I was incredibly impressed with the customer service at Aerie. They are truly amazing and inspirational. I was there for the first time and my experience was unexplainable! I was helped throughout the store being passed on from associate to associate, making me feel amazing! While in the fitting room Jessica helped me and guided me through their bra room. Although she noticed I was intimated and shy she really helped me get comfortable with her and I was open to let her know what I liked. She brought me all sorts of colors and styles in literally every item in the store. Jessica was a truly amazing person and she even helped my mother and I save more money on our purchase by letting us know about the AEO Credit Card! We saved more money and I was able to take a couple outfits home that I loved! She has the only one that has been able to explain the benefits of the credit card! “My go-to for business formal when working in science was this White House Black Market in Lynnwood. I am a female standing at about 5 feet 7.5 inches tall with broad shoulders and narrow hips, so my physique could be a bit of a misfit in terms of clothing fit at some of the other more formal clothing retail stores. White House Black Market on the other hand, had almost an overabundance of options that fit me.One time I came with my mom looking for clothes I could wear to conferences and other nicer work occasions and left with about three and a half full outfits, which was my most successful single-stop experience of that sort for that purpose up to that point in time (and still stands to today).Clothing items were pristine in quality and varied in offering even with a smaller floorspace. The workers were friendly and ready to help find items that might work that retained a similar style if a particular item did not work when trying it on. Prices have been excellent for the quality of garments I have gotten from here.”
“I love coming in to this store. Lots of fun designer brands and well made clothing brands focused on adult men and women, not teens or 20's. You have to be "sample size," so generally Small and Medium, and some Large sizes. Shoes are limited generally to Size 7 for women. They have both Men and Womens wear, and carry quite a lot of accessories. There is a very significant savings from manufacturers suggested pricing, so I always walk out having spent several hundred dollars on clothing because it's a good deal and high quality garments.”
