“I came in today looking for new clothes since it’s almost back to school season and I went shopping for my kids. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile and I felt welcomed as soon as i walked in. As I continued my shopping, some prices were on point while other prices weren’t so on point. Long story short as I continued to checkout the clothes for my kids, I was rung up by a kind young lady named Amani. Her customer service was beyond amazing and she kept a good attitude and positivity throughout the interaction and she helped me with my prices. I feel more retail stores should have somebody as positive as Amani. Thank you Jcpenney”

“JCPenney has really stepped up their game. I was looking for new work shirts and couldn't find what I needed. I found an amazing associate, SEVILLA! She happily walked around for 5 mins looking for what I needed. I would have never found them without her! They were out of my size, so she took me back to a register, looked them up and placed an online order for me. I ordered 5 and they showed up in 4 days to the store. The pick up was so organized and the lady working was so kind. In and out in 5 mins with my 5 well made Liz Claiborne button-down collared black work shirts. “My wife went today to buy some stuffs, she forgot to take one of the bags,the cashier (abas) did and amazing and responsible job;he took the bag and placed it on the back counter and told to at least 4 people that the bag was going to be there in case the customer (my wife) comes back for it;but no one paid attention to him and the stuffs were put back in stock (that I consider a robery because those things had been already paid in full), My family returned home and they noticed that a whole bunch of items were not in the bags,some very expensive items weren't in the bags,then we went back to the store and tried to explain to a supervisor (an Asian lady) she look pissed off and willing less to help us, Suddenly,we had in front of us to this young girl and in perfect Spanish:"hola,puedo ayudar? Trabajo aquí!" The "supervisor" didn't seem to cooperate with us and for a moment acted a little rude to "JO",the young girl who came to help us. But "she" saw that we teamed up and then she calmed down and said:"you know what,just go ahead and credit her" but our new friend JO offered my wife go around and see if they could find the stuff that had been purchased,forgotten and wrongly put back in stock. Finally,we found some of the items and repurchased them and the supervisor didn't have more option than credit my wife,now I'm worried about JO,hopefully this won't turn against to her, JO,if you're reading this;Thank you very much for your help,may God bless you!”

“A bit hidden, hard to find! I went through the Westfield main door and had to go through JC Penny to find it.
The stores here are airy, neat, bright and easy to choose from.
The price is very reasonable, small and simple dishes cost $1.75, for more complex/larger dishes, use the number 200 300 500... on the tag to see the price.
Bought a cake ball maker with a cute cup. Will stop by again to buy baking supplies, hair ties and other miscellaneous items.
Reduced 1 star because of the cashier's attitude.”
