I and others today, watched as a young African-American male in camo style pocketed pants fill his pockets with merchandise. The manager called the police who never showed. Thank you again Burien City Council for a continued degradation of our City with your decriminalize of basic laws.Your so called progressive ideas are not what this City needs or wants!”
