“Got set up with them directly by insurance. Carla in the office did a great job keeping me in the loop and accomodating a schedule change, and Anthony (plus his colleague, whose name I don't remember) did a fast job replacing the window and cleaning the glass. Would recommend!”
“I put a boo boo on my brand new car and was heart sick. I got several estimates in the area, but I should have gone straight to Sonic. Not only were they the most reasonable ,they were the most honest with what was necessary. They actually came in under the original quote because once they got into it, they could see it wasn't as bad as it could have been. One local highly rated shop's quote was 4 times what I paid Sonic. Part of it is because there was a teeny tiny dent that all the others said would require a whole section of the car to be repainted and decals replaced. Sonic did some kind of magic and you can't even tell. I am eternally grateful I was able to pay oop and avoid having an insurance claim.”

The necessary repairs included replacing the driver’s side door panel, side view mirror and repairs to other portions of the left (driver’s) side of the car body (fixing small dents, repainting, eliminating scratches). The team at Gerber’s location at 2113 E. Olive St., Seattle was excellent from start to finish: efficient, work done well, spot on continuous communications about their progress with repairs, and almost on time return of our car. One small mishap (and I mean small) resulted in a one day delay in getting our car back. James, our service consultant—friendly. Kind and very communicative—explained everything, and it wasn’t a problem for us. All in all, we highly recommend Gerber for body work repairs. For us, it was a seamless process.”

At this business, the person I talked to was able to get me a quote over the phone in 5 minutes, and then get me booked for the repair the next day, at my home. The window repair company that came to my house was a third party contractor, and they did a fantastic job (I think the replacement window is better quality than the one that came with the car).”
