“Needed an OBD2 reader because the check-engine light came on while on our way to a vacation destination. The mechanic at the counter said he has one for $60 but offered to read the codes for us. It confirmed a suspicion the MAF sensor might need cleaning so we were on our way at the cost of a can of MAF cleaner. Thank you sir for your assistance and thoughtfulness.”

“Interstate Auto is a little south of town, and if you have a problem, they can fix it. Interstate's been in business for over 30 years and they know all cars, trucks, motorhomes - you name it. We have taken all our cars here for over 15 years. When you trust your vehicle to Interstate, they do a thorough job of running down the issue. While they may find more than you thought, they ALWAYS call and explain what they found. I would rather have a fully repaired car and peace of mind. They know their business!”

“This review is specific to my experience today at the Johnson Road, Centralia Washington store. First of all a local competitor failed to have the part I had ordered the day before and, even though I was sent an e-notice with invoice and digital bar code, once I drove across town and produced the confirmation the manager and three employees could not find the item. I was refunded and drove a few blocks over to O'Reilly Auto where within 5 minutes the employee, Hayden had the part in my hand. His customer service skills were way above average for someone who claimed only employed there for under six months. He was properly trained the way the store functions so well as it does - but beyond that he was polite and truly concerned about my needs. I told him he just made me an O'Reilly store fan for life! Now thats how you do customer service!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this small business and the staff. Heather answers the phone quick and is so helpful. I had body damage that needed repaired from someone hitting me. Their insurance was State Farm and TACC is one of their preferred choices. I heard a few good things already and I’m so glad I chose them for getting this done. The same day I called (only to inquire) they had availability to do the estimate but they weren’t pushy at all. Heather worked directly with State Farm and set up my rental car so I didn’t have to do a thing. They were flexible, accommodating, accurate with their estimate, knowledgeable, generous, and kept me updated. The whole process was a breeze and done in like 2-3 weeks! Oh and my car looks good too. lol TACC staff went above and beyond for me and were great to work with.”
“NAPA is a great store. Went to several other name brand stores to get a starter for my business truck. When pulled off shelf they did not match. Went to NAPA Centralia Washington store and the same thing. Same bracket same gear but was afraid it was not strong enough to start or last. Then manager explained it all to me about the stander is changing. Brought stater home went right in. Started the truck so easy and quietly. 87 truck starts as quietly as a new truck. Looks like a few auto part stores have lost my business an NAPA gaining one. Thanks guys see you on the next part.....”

Before it was no difference for me where to by auto parts. But one day in another autoparts shop they didn't want to get their product back because I lost my receipt. Even though I was their customer for year or so! They had my phone number in their system, they could even trace all my shopping in their shop. But yet they didn't want to help me with my return.
From that day on I go only to O'Reilly Auto Parts.”
