Probably one of the best customer service experiences i've ever had with any company before. never have I ever had someone go so far out of their way to get me a shipment than what chris did for me. 100000% will be recommending everyone i know to buy a skibyk from chris!

Shipped out immediately and I had it in 4 days. Owner called me to make sure all was well, and made himself available for questions with assembly. It's built super solid, and accommodates my 270 lbs with no problems. Easier on my knees and calves than my snowboard and tons of fun now that I've gotten the hang of it.
