The employees were very helpful and friendly. The store was well stocked with gear. The employees were knowledgeable. Plenty of parking.

The staff here are so wonderful! Bailey in particular went above and beyond helping me figure out my water reservoir - they were so nice and helpful, even when my issues were user error. Love this REI!
