These guys are honest and do great work. I feel completely taken care of every time I go there. I’ve had jewelry resized or repaired. I have purchased jewelry there as well. I highly recommend them, they are better than stuffy jewelry counters in major malls.

We had a wonderful experience at Connections. All the staff were knowledgeable and professional, and Tad was timely with his communication. We couldn't find exactly what we wanted, but they helped us get a custom-made ring, which turned out great. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Excellent service and I was even allowed to sell an item to a customer that was there that I had brought in to get an appraisal on. Again great people!!! I'm shopping here from now on.
