“I want to start this review by saying, I am not one who gives good reviews... the way I see it, if the service was good, no need to review it. But the last two visits to this store made me rethink that policy. Taryn was absolutely fantastic. Taryn was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the direction of the galaxy s24 ultra. I love this phone so much it has everything I wanted and more. Taryn also helped me pick out an amazing phone case, liquid screens for the front and back, as well as camera lens covers. All of this was done quickly and efficiently. People like Taryn definitely deserve more than they are being paid(whatever number that may be) and should be utilized in training of more staff. 11/10

“I don't know who did it, I didn't ask his name or look at his name tag, but my phone wouldn't charge at all, it was dead and we tried everything. He was so sweet and took my phone and repaired it by replacing the charging port. It works good as new now! This is the same phone he repaired I am using to write this review! Highly recommend. Extra points for the funny name of the store”
“Brought my phone to Tacoma store where I purchased it because I couldn't get the camera to focus and they told me to take it to the Federal Way store and even though my warranty was a few days expired they fixed it for free by replacing a defective part. Within a few hours my phone was as good as new!”
“I have to Acknowledge this person name Dayvi at this particular location. He was very Attentive and Professional. He assisted me in all my concerns about upgrading my phone. He took time to address all my concerns and if he didn't have the answer; he called his Supervisor to insure he was giving me the correct information.”

“After having a really bad experience with TMobile after having been a customer for more than 20 years, we decided to go to the Bonney Lake Verizon which is in the same parking lot. We were greeted and helped through the whole process with the best customer service and professionalism. Screen protectors and camera lens protectors installed, data all transferred, everything was explained regarding the plan and the way the screen protector warranty worked. I recommend this store. upon driving home, i noticed our phones held connection all the way through the 3 mile dead zone. that's a bonus. i can't believe that i've lived with this dead zone for this long and thought that it was acceptable.”
“Jacob (from Verizon at Auburn Outlet Mall) has the best customer service I’ve ever had from any of the Verizon store employees or online representatives, or anywhere else. “Just left the store. Went in because AT&T service has be awful in Kitsap County the last few months. Ken gave me great customer support even though it was a technical support problem that is out of his hands. Give that man a raise. He was everything you want from a customer service person in a industry like AT&T”

I then visited the store and was greeted by Sean. He immediately started working on resolving our issue and even communicated directly with my son.

“Oscar is THE MAN! I switched from PCS a year ago. Got talked into a cellphone by Xfinity. XFINITY IS A TOTAL RIPOFF. They charged $85 for one month because I was on a limited plan. THE CHARGED $15 FOR ONE GIG OF DATA. If you need more data, PCS charges 2 GIGS FOR $5!PCS is the best deal you'll find!Thanks Oscar!”

“I have had some issues with my phone for awhile but haven't been able to receive calls or texts on it for 3 days and no one could figure out why. My husband and I were ready to switch to another service provider today after dealing with multiple calls to online help and visits to another local store with no answers. I decided to try one more time and am so glad that I did! I walked in to the Auburn store and was helped by Devin and Elijah and they saved the day! Superior customer service and very knowledgeable. “This phone service is lacking anti hacking updates so waste of life is doing robo calls calling random people showing my phone number As well as calling random people using other people's phones numbers. I have attempted to file complaint on the FCC web site but I get messages my email and phone number are not valid.
