“My old phone finally died after 5 good years. I had gone to another location with no help and the workers not listening when I said it was dead and couldn't be charged; told me to go to best buy since they had no inventory of phones i was looking for. But the next day I called this location to make sure they had inventory which they did. Though the phone I was looking for wasn't in stick, Dwyane, helped me pick and set up my new S23 FE. All in all great customer service and no need to keep repeating myself. I'd go back for questions and concerns. This location is hidden in the corner next to a Starbucks and a really good Thai place I was recommended. Thanks again Dwyane, love my new phone and case!”

“This is the second time I've had my phone repaired by this business. They are wonderful, fair prices, and very fast good quality work. My phone was cracked all over and not even unlocking or restarting for me. I remembered their good service the first time around and brought it there. It was 30 mins to close and they still helped me out. Sadly, I break my phone a lot, but I feel good that I can take it to them next time too.”

I made it all the way to the sales rep taking the phone out of its box, only to find out a scammer opened an account under my name leaving a debit. So it didn't work out in the end. But this review is just to say that I had a really good experience at this store nonetheless, really good staff.”

“Brought my phone to Tacoma store where I purchased it because I couldn't get the camera to focus and they told me to take it to the Federal Way store and even though my warranty was a few days expired they fixed it for free by replacing a defective part. Within a few hours my phone was as good as new!”

I had some problems with AT&T that day and I walked into Alex’s store already in a bad mood. Alex was an absolute legend.
