“I can into the store at 6:30pm I would say. Close to their closing time.. I originally came in to pay my bill, go over my next bill and that's it. Then I decided to add a screen protector and phone case. Evan was super professional and didn't rush me. I felt bad because it was past their closing time but Evan made sure I was taken care of. Thank you for your patience!”

“Very professional. However, I would not recommend the Motorola Moto phones even though they are in the $125 range. Better buy the $8 coverage insurance, then make calls and FedEx it. The Samsung 15 works fine, for $250.”
“We had an issue with our connection on a Friday night. On a cold Feb. night in Cache Valley ya just want to stay in where it’s warm and watch some TV. I knew it was after hours so thought I’d just leave a voice mail and hope for a call back on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to actually get an after hours call from Mitch asking me what he could do to get us up and going again. Mitch gave us some tech. suggestions and within 20 minutes we were back in business. We were very happy and impressed with their prompt and pleasant service!! ?Thanks Mitch !!!”
“I was greeted by Taylor when I walked through the door and she helped me qualify for a phone and helped me get an even better deal too! She answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Also it was very quick and easy process which I had trouble with in the past . “I came in today with my sister to help her get a phone. She was a previous costumer at Verizon, but she decided to change to T-mobile. Alex, was the best and very helpful and super honest about everything. He had a great attitude about everything and was able to help my sister get a phone. Everyone at this T-mobile building is very nice. I’ve never had an issue with T-mobile carrier or anyone working at any T-mobile building. Thank you Alex!”

“I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.”

“Came up for a concert needed a phone no hasstle frendly helpfull staff greet me as i walk in close to closeing have a world phone that strait talk couldnt put on there network marcus was great help local recomended good eats and local venue spots sarah the manager on point helping custmors as she can and redriecting the ones after closeing to a location open a hr later 23 min past closeing and still helping there last custmores who have issies they really seam to go the extra mile for there clients where they can and they seam very knolagable in there feild and hey marcus if you read this nice ink im adding this review on the tmoble network fast easy simple”

“I am hoping this is the T-Mobile location at the Tacoma Mall. I would like to review, thanking the staff, especially Michael. Earlier today, I dropped my phone and it resulted in the screen breaking. I could not even enter my pin to access my phone, so I logged into my Samsung account and ultimately locked myself out. In order to access my T-Mobile account, a text message verification process is done. However, with my phone broken, I couldn't access my text message. I first drove to the 6th street T-Mobile location and dealt with a very rude employee. He looked at my locked phone, and it was almost as if he presumed I had stolen it, because he simply wrote a website on a sticky note and told me to contact them. I asked them how I could do that if I can't access my phone. He pointed to a tablet and said I could try using that. Of course, that tablet did not have access. So, after weeping for a while, I decided to try the Tacoma Mall location. Thank Goodness for them! Michael sat with me and help me switch the SIM card into an older phone, then I was able to receive a text message to go through the verification process. I am now scheduled to have my phone repaired, and I thank Michael for that.Avoid the 6th Ave location. Go to Tacoma Mall T-Mobile Store instead!”
