“These guys washed two of our tour buses- both were covered in salt and road dirt after driving to Seattle from Minneapolis- and did an amazing job. No white streaks or dirt showed up an hour later like happens at other washes in such cases. Very nice employees as well. I will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises when in the area.”

“I had the windshield protection film applied to my windshield and sunroof and it looks amazing. Maintenance seems easy enough (mainly just need to clean my wiper blades). Definitely detail oriented- I’d also check out their window tinting. Overall very pleased and loved worked with them.”

“First time going here! We got the full interior and exterior detail service and:
1.) Andrew was courteous, professional and communicated clearly. When it was time to pick up the car, he asked us to look inside and outside and inspect the job and to let us know if there was anything they missed.
2.) The customer service: we were told that if we saw anything amiss when we got home, we can bring the car back and let them know.
3.) Super easy to schedule. They answer the phone and had the answers to my questions. They answered my questions thoroughly and were kind and not rushed/dismissive.
4.) We will definitely be coming back and will be telling everyone about this place! Thank you for the great work!”

I later became a fan with how satisfied I was with how clean my work van every week without any scratches. This experience help me solved a problem I had dealt with for the last 17 years. “All the workers here are so amazing and helpful.I'd like to mention Henry and Diego!I had couple issues and they were so helpful. Considerate.Saw me struggling cleaning my dirty car carpet Diego offered to clean it for me.And Henry he was so kind. My car unfortunately didn't make it on time to get wash so it didn't fully dried and still soapy. But Henry was able to put me back and wash my car again and made sure it did all the cleaning and drying. I appreciate these guys. All of them! Thanks again for an amazing experience!”

“I went through Brown bear Friday of labor day weekend. And as I exited the car wash I noticed my wiper blade was missing and my wiper arm was bent backwards and had some broken plastic pieces. So I turned around went and talked to an employee, she helped me fill out some paperwork and said my manager will give you a call about this. I figured yeah right its Friday of a holiday weekend.Sure enough Chase the manager called me and said I'm sorry this has happened and if you can get a quote for repairs we can write you a check to get it fixed. So I got a quote took it back and talked to Chase was so nice super helpful and reassured me this happens often in car washes and we will make it right. Thank you Chase at Brown Bear I appreciate your help. I'd highly recommend this car wash to others.”

“Super sweet teens/young adults who did a great job detailing my car. I just drive it across country and was getting it ready to ship overseas. While it wasn't bad because I tried to take care of it myself, the young gentleman there with the beautiful head of curly hair took care to get the bug splatters my car acquired over the week long drive. If I was staying in the area, I'd make this my go to detailing shop. Amazing job and reasonable prices.”

“This is the only place I go for gas and cigs etc on the way home in the early morning. They are clean and don't allow pan handlers in their parking lot. I feel safer there. Car wash is great too.”
“This is a simple, straightforward, self service facility. Thank goodness, these can be hard to find. I feel like the amount of wash time per dollar was solid relative to some other car washes and everything seemed to be clean and in working order.The positioning of the vacuums right next to the washbay can be problematic. People vacuuming, can block access to the actual wash bays, And you have to be really careful about overspray getting onto the wrong car.”

“The wash is fine but if you use the vacuum with your card it changed me $10 for a 4 minutes and 13 seconds. UPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL POST THEY DID IN FACT REIMBURSE THE EXTRA THAT WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. ....... TO THE CAR WASH YOU SHOULD POST THAT SO PEOPLE DON'T GET MAD”
