“I go for the new one and immediately the mileage has been improved by 20% for my Honda Accord. The job was not smooth at first, because a warning (TCS) light was shown on the dashboard, however the team helped reset it with their scanner tool. The manager, David is easy to work with and problem solving oriented. One suggestion, if the battery is new, I would expect a manual and proof of new batteries are in the enclosure, that makes the purchase a peace of mind. It is not available.”

“I had a new battery put in my 2011 Leaf in January. When it died on the road yesterday when my friend was driving, I had to have it towed to my house. I called Greentec and they sent a technician to me to diagnose the situation. Joe showed up and was truly interested in diagnosing the problem. He was knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to explain his process and diagnosis. He didn’t want payment but instead wanted me to call him later to verify his diagnosis. I am beyond impressed and so grateful to have this new and trusted relationship with EV technicians.Thanks Joe!”
“Our family have gotten two phone screens replaced with Batteries Plus and are very happy with the quality of product used. The employees are also friendly and helpful. If the screen is in stock they are usually able to have the phone ready within a few hours.”

“We were testing driving a vehicle that had an engine light so took it over real quick to O'Reilly. We were greeted immediately upon entry by the staff and they promptly diagnosed for us. When the car decided not to start back up afterwards they helped again by attempting to jump it. They made a stressful situation less so by being positive and friendly. Go to this O'Reilly before even thinking of going to the nearest Auto Zone.”

“Just had a rather old Cruising Electric marine alternator rebuilt here and they did an excellent job for a very reasonable price (far less than a replacement would have cost). It needed brushes, a diode, new bearings, a bit of bead blasting and of course to be fully tested. Todd did the work and clearly knows this tech. Google driving directions were a bit wrong so just look for the little business park next to Boeing Field when you get close. You can ship to them if you don't live in Seattle.”

“No matter what O'Reilly I end up at in different cities in Washington, I always experience the best service. You guys hire the right people who care and that's the key!
Today, I had a simple task-- get windshield wiper blades. Trevor, the Store Manager, was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He even took the time to come out and inspect my wiper blades.
I ONLY SHOP AT O'Reilly because of this reason and I will never stray.

“Decided to do some maintenance work on 3 of my vehicles and what better place to go than the local O'Reilly Auto Parts. Fife store is where I go for all the parts I need. From the store manager Andrew to the sales associates everyone does their part in making the customers feel welcome and always go out of their way to make sure we have what we need. Whether its a simple oil change to more labor intensive repairs I always leave with everything I need and also get good value. Check out the Fife store. Won't be disappointed!!!”
