They discovered a bent pulley and fixed that as well.. they even went the extra mile and let me use a loaner vehicle to ensure I can make it to work while they complete my truck.needless to say they're awesome!”

“We were referred to Rick through a family friend and I am so glad we stopped in. After the Christmas snow/ice mayhem, our daughter’s transmission went south. She needed a car quickly and we had some must haves. AWD, in good shape and in our price range. Basically, a unicorn. Rick immediately showed us our unicorn. We got a 2011 Chevy Equinox. I’ve driven too many used cars and been to more than my share of used car lots. Rick is not your typical car guy. He’s straight forward, down to earth and made sure our daughter drove off in a safe car, in excellent condition that she loves. He even took her old car in trade and gave us more than we expected. “Dan in the service department is friendly and professional. I had a trans fluid change and if you do your research, Dave Smith is fair in their cost. The fluid for these CVT's does not come cheap, and they are not marking it up very much. Having checked a few dealers in the area, Dave Smith is a bit cheaper. However, total was $30 higher than I was quoted by phone, but I had a coupon for same amount (hmm) so I didn't raise a fuss. I do think the are a better than average service department and can recommend them. I will continue to bring my NV200 to them for service and repair.”

“Got my mom a new -to her- car here yesterday! It was a 2007 Jetta. The car has some issues but we knew that going in. The point was they sold cars that function at a decent price and with in house financing. They have super sweet kids. I feel like this is a family owned place, you know? Like any money that we put into them is going into a real family with bills and needs. It kinda felt nice with the virus in all to be putting money into a real mom and pop situation.When we took the car for a test run it had a leak in the coolant system. We left to think it over before we buy and the guy fixed the issue before we even brought it up.All in all if you want a functional car (it might have minor errors) and to not line the pockets of a big corporation this might be a great dealer.If your looking for a perfect car or brand new, then maybe not here. But if you need a car that works right now and that won't break your bank give mendoza a shot.”

“I had Hopkins try to diagnose a problem my daughter was noticing with her 2014 Subaru Cross trek. Service manager was very polite and explained things well and let me know that I didn't necessarily need to replace the parts I was considering having replaced at the current time. He drove the vehicle again to specifically try to pinpoint/narrow down the problem my daughter was noticing. In the shop's opinion the items I thought might be having the problem were not necessarily the issue. He advised me that the vehicle was still safe to drive and that I could hold off a little longer before replacing said parts. I really appreciated his thoroughness and opinion. I have had Hopkins do other work on my daughter's car and was happy with their work.”
