They arrived today and totally replaced the chair. I asked if they were taking the old recliner away and they were told they were only suppose to drop off. I was fine with that. The new chair is in place and they were great to deal with and took care of the situation.

The experience we had furniture shopping at Wallaroos with the help of Tyler was very comfortable. He educated us on the ins and outs of each option we were interested in and we gladly settled on the Cracken couch. The amount of thought they put into furniture is more than I expected and we are very excited for delivery!
