It’s a fine line to walk between running a business and being a compassionate human being, but these people did a great job walking that line.
Additionally, they did a great job installing the hitch on the back of our car. It feels very sturdy and looks professional.”
“Simple online pre-registration using my driver license - this made my morning check-in procedure very fast. Just scan your driver license and upload the day before while at home. Very streamlined procedure. I was sitting in my rented truck within 5 minutes of arriving at the U-Haul office and all ready to go.”

“I don't know if this is the correct U-Haul to rate. But when I got a U-Box in a high stress situation, shipping it from Spokane 1718 miles away it was a highly stressful situation with so many things that could go wrong. And a few things did go wrong in the process. The manager was quick to take care of the issue and more than helped me. I understand mistakes happen. And when it did, I was helped beyond appreciation. You restored my confidence in U-Haul, and I am beyond grateful. I hope this review shows my appreciation for the extra mile that was taken with my U-Box container. Thank you, and I trust the company entirely with my items.
Side note for Corportate, get rid of the wood boxes. The metal ones are 10x better, and even the employees agree with me.”

“I rented a 10 ft U-Haul truck on March 30th 2024 and we hired a couple of the U-Haul movers to help us that day. I have never used movers from U-Haul before but I was incredibly impressed.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a team of movers, the young man's name was Eli and his partner in life was his coworker, but I cannot remember her name! A beautiful couple.❤️ So hard-working. Don't let her small size fool you, she is strong and tough!!They went above and beyond. My furniture has never been better taken care of. They far exceeded my expectations!!! Not a single dent or chip in ANY of my furniture and they helped out with anything I asked them to help me with.I just cannot say enough good things about them. They even stayed a little later than we had reserved them for because we ran into some hiccups! What a wonderful couple. “The employees are GREAT, but it is the busiest Uhaul around being in the middle of downtown so the wait is long and it is dirty. Convenient, but there are lots of others to choose from.”

Tammy never rushed me and answered questions promptly and efficiently. She wanted to be sure I reserved the correct equipment for my move. The store was busy, and Tammy was able to multi-task herself and direct her staff for optimal customer service in a very efficient and friendly manner. Tammy provided excellent customer service. And the bank didn’t like it either, so we had to call them and get that worked out.Mr boss worked with us and we got everything ironed out.”
