We’ve moved multiple times and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Also the quote and pricing was very fair. Ken was transparent on cost and for the first time in our moving experience the total actually came in under the estimate. With other moving companies I feel like there’s always been added charges and fees and broken or damaged items. Not this time. We were very very impressed. Highly recommend them!”

“I don't really know why I've had a storage here for so long but I can tell you that I've been able to maintain it for over 2 years and I thought that it would be a problem that they close at 7:00 but I've been able to have some peace of mind knowing that people aren't in and out 24 hours a day. “The owners at Guardian have been nothing but fair with us over the ten plus years my husband and I have been customers with them. They are firm, which some might take as mean, rude or unprofessional, but it’s most definitely not that. They ultimately have a business to run so you do your part to be a responsible customer and they will be good to you, you don’t and well…business comes first.Believe this true when I tell you in our darkest hour we nearly lost everything in our unit and because we had a decent payment track record with them and were open, honest and clear in communication with them they worked with us. I have learned to not beat around the bush with this kind of stuff from them, mainly Lynne. They aren’t there to be our friend, but they have a heart and have been around for awhile because they are doing it right overall.”

They happened to have a 5'x5' unit that provided more than enough space for our freshman's belongings that didn't want to come home with him for the summer. The unit was clean & secure; the front staff was helpful, prompt and courteous with getting us signed up; and the cancellation process was better than expected.
