I've never been but looking at reviews this place sucks as far as quality of care for the absurd price they give. Go to the vet clinic in ritzville, he's a nice guy who cares for the animals he works with and at a fraction of the cost these people are asking for.

They helped me once again with my boy. He had to stay overnight, I got texts and pictures. Thank you for the amazing care and aftercare.

Thank God they were open all night. However, time was of the essence, and although everything worked out in the end, they certainly didn't seem to want to help us with the known home remedy to induce vomiting. $4k later, they were on it!
