“Today's (8/6/2025) experience was great (much better than in the past). I ordered an on-demand test online and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, I checked in from my car and opted to receive a text message when the phlebotomist was ready for me. I received my text 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. That was my alert to wait in the waiting room, which was small and packed with people. They have a board with the sequence in which they are calling people back. I was the second in line and only had to wait about 2 minutes in the waiting room. The phlebotomist was quite pleasant. She said she had tried to call me back earlier, but their texting system was misbehaving (failing to send the message). Obviously, it was a transient glitch. When it was all said and done, I was on my way home 17 minutes after my scheduled appointment time (and was quite pleased).”

“I want to give a shout out to the phlebotomist, Rylynn, who performed my blood draw this morning. It can be very, very hard to find a good vein on me, but Rylynn found one right away and the stick did not hurt at all- that’s new! Also, it’s been several hours now and there is NO BRUISE! I’ve never before felt an urge to give a review after lab work, but I wanted people to know, especially the managers of the lab, to know what a fine employee they have. I hope that they know her worth and she is compensated accordingly.”
