I had my 1.5 year old toddler son in to have his blood drawn and they were fantastic! Everyone was so nice from check in the blood draw!

By far the worse lab ever. We quit going there a few years ago then was told it had improved which it did for a short time. Now again it has gone down hill. The lab people itself are not that bad but the reception staff are terrible ! Will not go back again.

Providence is committed to providing efficient and convenient laboratory services. Our labs provide a variety of tests for patients, including common ones such as CBCs (blood counts), urinalysis and basic chemistries, as well as pre-procedural COVID PCR testing. Tests are performed by our professional, compassionate staff. All of our laboratory services have been certified by the state of Washington and are CLIA accredited.
We accept referral testing and have the capability to electronically forward results to ordering physicians.
