“It was a journey lol. Let me preface by saying I'm a bit bojee when it comes to my truck. Came in for a battery and of course I wanted the best. Optima red top. Not many folks buy that battery cause it cost almost as much as two batteries. It's a dry cell battery and will work under the absolute worst conditions. Only issue they have is if they aren't put into service fast enough or sit around the cells go bad. That's what happened with the first one. It wouldn't hold a charge and died on me. Truck wouldn't start 30 minutes after install. Called the store and these folks rushed over to me, inspected the battery, and gave me a jump. Fantastic customer service right there. They found another battery at another les schwab so I limped over there. Second les schwab and no change. Excellent customer service. They slipped me into a closed schedule and installed the new battery with no issues. This is why I go to les schwab. Yes you might have to wait a bit but the quality of work is always on point. Customer service is always excellent. Products work great....and when they don't they make it right. Remember vehicles are extremely complicated and tech involved is crazy...if something goes wrong just enjoy the side quest and folks you meet along the way who help you out. Don't be rude or get upset with people doing the work. It just makes it suck for everyone. By the way...second battery is perfect and fires right up every time. Thanks valley and u city locations!”

“I ordered a set of wheels and tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to Discount Tire on Sprague. I scheduled an appointment online to have the new wheels and tires mounted on my car. My appointment was at 9:15. I showed up at 8:45 because I have never ordered wheels and tires online before and I wasn't sure how this would go. I was out of there before 9:30. Great customer service. While I was waiting, I overheard several customers with all sorts of tire questions. Discount Tire is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If I have any tire problems, I know where I am going.”
