“They got me all set up with some new tires for the winter. They got me all set and ready to go in just 45 minutes and even wrapped up my old tires in plastic before putting them in my car. I forgot to ask about windshield wipers until the last second but the gal working insisted it wasn't a problem and they got me all set up with new windshield wipers in no time at all. The customer service here is great. Whether it's in person or over the phone, they are really kind and quick to get down to business! Five star experience by far.”

Besides several leaky tires on various vehicles they have also helped fix a couple of problems with my 1979 F250 including resolving a complicated problem with the front hubs and also finding the source of an awful noise under the cab. I have found the customer service to be excellent, they have been knowledgeable and honest, and things get done quickly.”

“I made my appointment online for December 1st and that was the first real day of snow and it was really coming down and my appointment wasn't until 2pm for seasonal change over. They were soo busy and I've never seen a place this busy and keeping their cool. They're all about customer service and doing what you need done in a quick and efficient way. I can't remember the girls name at the front but she was awesome under all this pressure and the gentleman upfront was able to help me pick out Spring Summer tires for an amazing price! I love Les Schwab and highly recommend this store on North Division to everyone!!”
