I am so thankful to have found Unified Fitness 3+ years ago and gave it a try! This place is more than just a gym, it is a place where you feel encouraged and pushed to better your heath along with like minded people. Nicole's workouts are always changing so you are guaranteed to get a good workout!

The staff is amazing. The facility is well maintained and always clean. The trainers help to assist you to teach knowledge and challenge you to do you best while reaching for you next goal.
